Here at BarksBar, we take pride in our work and we want to make sure that we exceed your expectations with our items. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return Policy below to see if your order qualifies for a refund.

Within a 30 Day Return Window of Receipt

  • A full refund will be provided for any item purchased on BarksBar.com upon meeting the following requirements:
    • Must be requested within 30 days of receiving order.
    • Must be unused, unopened and in the original condition the item was received (We may request a photo to verify the condition).
    • Must have proof of purchase (Order #).
    • Please submit all return requests to care@jw-brands.com

Outside of 30 Day Return Window

  • Unopened and sellable returns that are requested outside of our 30 day return window may still qualify for a full refund.
    • Please contact us at care@jw-brands.com to inquire.
    • Please provide order ID and photo proof of product condition in email.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A return address will be provided when your return is approved.
