Return Policy

Here at BarksBar, we take pride in our work and we want to make sure that we exceed your expectations with our items. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below to see if your order qualifies for a refund.

Within 30 Day Return Window

  • A full refund will be provided for any item purchased on BarksBar.com upon meeting the following requirements:
    • Must be requested within 30 days of receiving order.
    • Must be unused, unopened and in the original condition the item was received (We may request photo to verify condition).
    • Must have proof of purchase (Order #).
    • Please submit all return requests to Barksandbarkley@gmail.com

Outside of 30 Day Return Window

  • Unopened and sellable returns that are requested outside of our 30 day return window may still qualify for a full refund.
    • Please contact us at Barksandbarkley@gmail.com to inquire.
    • Please provide order ID and photo proof of product condition in email.

Used Returns

In some circumstances we may accept lightly used items (subject to our discretion).  These items may also incur a restocking fee when a customer wants to return an item that shows obvious signs of use and is not in the original condition in which it was received. A restocking fee is a partial refund towards the order, depending on the condition in which the item is returned – Up to 50% of the item’s price.  The return amount for these items will differ on a case to case basis.
