What is your return policy?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- All orders that are placed by 9:00AM PST will be shipped same day.
- All orders that are placed after 9:00AM PST will be shipped the following day.
What shipping provider is used to deliver our products?
- USPS Priority/First Class Mail – Seat covers, feeding mats and smaller sized items.
- FedEx Home Delivery – Dog bed, dog door and larger sized items.
- All orders are shipped out of Southern California – Delivery times will vary by state.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada?
- We do; however, shipping is not covered and will be quoted at checkout.
- For Canada orders, the order will ship via DHL and the customer will be responsible for the customs/duties associated with importing from the US.
Am I able to exchange a product if I order the wrong size?
- As long as the item is unused and comes with its original packaging we would be more than happy to accommodate an exchange.
The items I received did not match my order. What now?

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Are replacements available?
- Occasionally, please inquire at care@jw-brands.com to see if your order qualifies.
Does BarksBar offer any type of warranty for their products?
- We will provide a one-time replacement for any manufacturer defects within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase and photos of the defect will be necessary to file a warranty claim.
